Plyometrics. Whaaaaaaat. That was insane, my legs were jelly. The leg swings over the chair was the worst.

25 minutes on the treadmil running 1.30 miles, 15 minutes on a stationary bike.
Went pretty light today, but I am starting P90x tomorrow so I didn’t want to lift weights and then not be able to do any of it. I’m nervous!
